The IFA Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Foundation depends on generous donations from members of the International Franchise Association and others to support many programs, including Industry Research, VetFran, Franchising Gives Back, and the Diversity Institute.

The Foundation’s research demonstrates the important role franchise businesses play in the U.S. economy, in terms of new business and job creation. Research helps inform and educate policymakers and the media about the economic impact of franchise businesses at the national, state, and local level.
