Celebrating Pride Month
During Pride Month, we're recognizing and celebrating the advances made in the franchise sector for members of the LGBTQ+ community. While we know there is still a ways to go, the Pride Franchise Leadership Council (PFLC) is proud of the strides that have been made and looks forward to what's to come. In this vein, we've put together a list of resources highlighting both the PFLC's programs, as well as the incredible work of our members across the industry.
Since its founding, the PFLC has been co-chaired by Paul Pickett and Mark Jameson. We recently caught up with Paul about the overall efforts of Diversity Institute for his thoughts: "The fact that we are proactively talking about value of diversity/equity/inclusion in our community is huge first step and the traction that all three of affinity groups have gained is so impressive.
